It gives me great pleasure to proudly inform you that the leadership of the ACLM, the ACLM Foundation, the American Board of Legal Medicine and the American Board of Medical Malpractice have decided to have a “Brain Storming” Retreat for a week next January aboard a cruise ship to plan a course for the four organizations to follow over the next ten years.
Simultaneously, The American Board of Legal Medicine and International Conferences have agreed to combine their efforts and resources to present on January 17-24, 2009 a 7-day Seminar on Legal-Medical Issues (legal medicine and medical malpractice seminar) in conjunction with an Eastern Caribbean cruise aboard Liberty of the Seas.
The Legal Medicine Seminar Topics and Speakers are listed in the attached Brochure. The Seminar is approved for 18 CME Category 1 credits (AMA PRA), 18 AAFP prescribed hours, and 18 continuing legal, nursing and dental education credits. It is an excellent review for those ACLM Members who desire to apply for ABLM or ABMM Board certification.
Finally, The American Board of Legal Medicine and The American Board of Medical Malpractice will hold their annual meeting in conjunction with the January 17-24, 2009 Seminar on Legal-Medical Issues.
Hope that you and yours will find the Retreat and Legal Medicine Seminar worthy of your consideration. It is a wonderful way to update your information about Legal Medical Issues, socialize with colleagues, meet and interact with new professionals, and to relax and enjoy a cruise aboard the Liberty of the Seas.
Best regards.
